Guided by Yogacharya Swami Sri Venudas, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to step away from daily distractions and immerse yourself in the transformative power of yoga. Over the course of five peaceful days, you will explore traditional practices, including meditation, mantra chanting, and pranayama, deepening your connection with body, mind, and spirit.
